1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF.

2) Disconnect the connector of body integrated unit.

3) Disconnect the connector of the passenger’s seat belt buckle switch.

4) Check for a short circuit to battery, open circuit or short circuit to ground between the body integrated unit and the passenger’s seat belt buckle switch.
