CHECK CURRENT DATA.

1) Start the engine and warm up engine until coolant temperature is higher than 75°C (167°F).

2) Using Subaru Select Monitor or general scan tool, read the data of exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 signal while keeping engine speed at 2,000 rpm.

QUESTION

Does the exhaust gas temperature at DPF inlet change from 40°C (104°F)?

Yes No

Even if DTC is detected, the circuit has returned to a normal condition at this time. Reproduce the failure, and then perform the diagnosis again.

NOTE:

In this case, temporary poor contact of connector may be the cause.
