CHECK POWER SUPPLY OF SUB FUEL PUMP RELAY.

1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF.

2) Remove the sub fuel pump relay.

3) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

4) Measure the voltage between sub fuel pump relay connector and chassis ground.

Except for LHD model with push button start

(B220) No. 16 (+) — Chassis ground (−):

QUESTION

Is the voltage 10 V or more?

Yes No

Repair the harness and connector.

NOTE:

In this case, repair the following item:

• Open circuit in harness between sub fuel pump relay connector and fuse & relay box connector

• Poor contact of fuse & relay box connector
