CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ECM AND ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL RELAY.

Measure the resistance between the ECM and electronic throttle control relay connector.

Is the resistance less than 1 Ω?

Yes No

Repair the poor contact of the ECM connector.

Repair the open circuit of harness between ECM and electronic throttle control relay.
