CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ECM AND SECONDARY AIR COMBINATION VALVE RELAY.

1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF.

2) Disconnect the connector from the ECM and secondary air combination valve relay.

3) Measure the voltage between ECM and chassis ground.

Yes No

Repair power supply short circuit of the harness between ECM and secondary air combination valve relay.

Repair the poor contact of the ECM connector.
