1. Check the rod, door opener and door lock cable for deformation. When it is deformed, straighten it because failure operations may occur. When it is unrepairable, replace the front door latch and door lock actuator assembly.
2. Check the lever, rod and wire for smooth operation.
2. LOCK ACTUATOR (MODEL WITHOUT DOUBLE LOCK)
1. Disconnect the door lock actuator harness connector.
2. Connect the battery to door lock actuator terminals.

4. CHECK STATUS SWITCH (MODEL WITH KEYLESS ACCESS)
1. Disconnect the front door latch harness connector.
2. Connect the tester to the terminal of the front door latch status switch.
3. Change the front door actuator to LOCK or UNLOCK.
4. Check for continuity using a tester.

5. CHECK DOOR KEY SWITCH (ONLY FOR DRIVER’S SEAT OF MODEL WITH DOUBLE LOCK)
1. Disconnect the door lock actuator harness connector.
2. Connect the tester to the terminal of the door key switch.
3. Change to Lock or Unlock using the key cylinder.
4. Check for continuity using a tester.
