• LHD model
1. Remove the mini PTC heater RH. 
2. Remove the instrument panel lower.
3. Remove the screw, and then remove the foot duct (RH).
4. Remove the claws, and then remove the foot duct inner (RH).
5. Remove the two screws and remove the air mix actuator.
6. Using a flat tip screwdriver, unlock the connector and pull out PTC heater connector.
7. Remove the two screws and remove PTC heater.
• RHD model
1. Remove the mini PTC heater RH.
2. Remove the instrument panel lower cover.
3. Remove the clutch pedal catcher from the clutch pedal catcher bracket.

4. Remove the two bolts, and remove the body integrated unit.
5. Remove the screw, and then remove the foot duct (RH).
6. Remove the claws, and then remove the foot duct inner (RH).
7. Using a flat tip screwdriver, unlock the connector and pull out PTC heater connector.
8. Remove the two screws and remove PTC heater.
1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the instrument lower cover. (LHD model)
3. Remove the clips, and remove the glove box lower cover. (RHD model)
4. Disconnect the harness connector.
5. Remove the mini PTC heater LH.
(1) Remove the connector (A) from the foot duct (LH).
(2) Remove the screw (B) and pull out the mini PTC heater LH.
1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the clips, and remove the glove box lower cover. (LHD model)
3. Remove the instrument lower cover. (RHD model)
4. Remove the ornament panel on the passenger’s side.
5. Remove the console front panel.
6. Disconnect the harness connector.
7. Remove the two screws and remove the harness cover.
8. Remove the mini PTC heater RH.
CAUTION:
Clearance between heater case and instrument panel is narrow, so be careful not to damage the harness.
(1) Remove the connector (A) from heater case.
(2) Remove the screw (B) and pull out the mini PTC heater RH.
