1. While lifting the MT gear shift cable and MT gear select cable, install the transmission case cover by sliding it along the transmission from the right.
CAUTION:
Do not bend MT gear shift cable and MT gear select cable at a sharp angle.
Tightening torque:
T1: 13 N·m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)
T2: 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)
2. Install the MT gear shift cable and shift bracket as a single unit onto transmission.

3. Tighten the shift bracket with specified torque.
Tightening torque:
18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

4. Install the washer and snap pin to the shift lever COMPL.

5. Install the dust cover to the transmission.
Tightening torque:
15 N·m (1.5 kgf-m, 11.1 ft-lb)
6. Install the cable clamp.
Tightening torque:
18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)

7. Install the transmission under cover.
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Attach the transmission case cover attachment bolts (for the pitching stopper bracket).
Tightening torque:
T: 13 N·m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)
10. Attach the harness of the back-up light switch and neutral position switch to the clips.
11. Install the intercooler.
