1. After installing the snap ring, measure the clearance between the snap ring and counter washer.
Clearance:
0.05 — 0.25 mm (0.0020 — 0.0098 in)
2. If the clearance is not within the measurement standard, select an appropriate snap ring to adjust the clearance to be within the standard.
