1. Install the O-ring to the chain cover.
NOTE:
Use new O-rings.
2. Install the scavenger pump.
NOTE:
Align the protrusion on the scavenger pump shaft with the slot on the exhaust cam sprocket bolt.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
3. Install the turbo pipe.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N·m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
4. Lift up the vehicle.
5. Connect the water hose and oil balance hose.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Connect the water hose, oil balance hose, and scavenger hose.
8. Install the air intake duct and hose. 
9. Install the air intake boot.
10. Install the radiator sub fan motor assembly.
