1. Align the alignment mark of the reduction sprocket and gear with that of the fuel pump gear, and install the fuel pump.
2. Set the ST on the crankshaft to secure it and tighten the fuel pump gear nuts.

Tightening torque:
63.7 N·m (6.5 kgf-m, 47.0 ft-lb)
3. Remove the M6 bolt from the fuel pump gear.
CAUTION:
This procedure must be performed.
4. Install the chain cover.
