NOTE:
If only a single part is replaced, perform the work with the engine mounted on the vehicle.
1. Remove the collector cover.
2. Remove the reservoir tank. 
3. Remove the vacuum hose.
4. Remove the vacuum pump.
NOTE:
The vacuum pump cannot be disassembled.
5. Remove the O-ring from the chain cover.
