MECHANICAL(H4DOTC DIESEL) > Engine Oil Cooler

REMOVAL

1. Remove the engine from vehicle.

2. Remove the intake manifold.

3. Remove the generator.

4. Remove the A/C compressor.

5. Remove the rocker cover.

6. Disconnect the fuel delivery pipe and return pipe.

7. Remove the chain cover.

8. Remove the fuel pump gear.

9. Remove the fuel pump.

10. Remove the common rail assembly.

11. Remove the water pipe and water hose from the rear of the cylinder head (LH) and the top of the cylinder block.

12. Remove the generator bracket in the order indicated in the figure.

13. Remove the O-ring from the upper part of the cylinder block.

14. Remove the noise cushion from the upper part of the cylinder block.

15. Remove the engine oil cooler attachment bolts and nuts, and remove the engine oil cooler.

16. Remove the engine oil cooler gasket.
