1. Set the vehicle on a lift.

2. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

3. Lift up the vehicle.

4. Drain engine coolant.

5. Remove the exhaust manifold (LH).

6. Remove the bolts holding the EGR cooler to the exhaust manifold (RH).

7. Lower the vehicle.

8. Remove the intercooler.

9. Remove the intercooler stay.

10. Disconnect the engine harness and remove the harness bracket.

11. Disconnect the EGR cooler inlet and outlet hose.

12. Remove the EGR cooler installation bolts and nut.

13. Remove the stud bolt from the EGR control valve and remove the EGR cooler.
