DTC B2001 CAN-LS BD_WAKE CAN-LS DISCREPANCY
DTC DETECTING CONDITION:
There was incompatibility between the body integrated unit and the gateway CM communication circuits, and the low-speed CAN data.
TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
The keyless access function may not be operable.

Is B2001 past malfunction? |
Check the harness for an open or short circuit, and check the connection of the connectors. |

Is there continuity? |
Repair or replace the short circuit of the harness. |

Is the voltage 4 V or more? |

|
1) Connect the disconnected connectors. 2) Position the access key where the vehicle transmission waves will not reach it and close all the doors. 3) Wait for one minute or more until the vehicle enters sleep status. 4) While in sleep status, measure the voltage between the gateway CM connector and chassis ground. Connector & terminal (B419) No. 15 (+) — Chassis ground (−): |
Is the voltage 4 V or more? |

1) Using the Subaru Select Monitor, clear the memory. 2) Turn the ignition to ACC or ON, and then to OFF. 3) Close all doors, and wait for one minute or more until the vehicle enters sleep status. (Maintain in sleep status for approx. 30 seconds.) 4) Turn the ignition to ACC or ON, and read the DTC of the gateway CM using the Subaru Select Monitor. |
Is B2001 detected? |
System is normal. |
