DTC 5C CURTAIN AIRBAG SENSOR RH FALSE INSTALLATION

DTC DETECTING CONDITION:

Curtain airbag sensor RH is misinstalled.

STEPCHECKYESNO

1.REPLACE CURTAIN AIRBAG SENSOR (RH).

1) Turn the ignition switch to OFF, disconnect the battery ground cable, and wait for 20 seconds or more.

2) Replace the curtain airbag sensor (RH) with a genuine sensor.

Does the warning light go off?

Finish the diagnosis.

Replace the airbag control module.
