CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ECM AND SECONDARY AIR COMBINATION VALVE RELAY.

Measure the voltage between ECM and chassis ground.

Repair power supply short circuit of the harness between ECM and secondary air combination valve relay.	Temporary poor contact occurs. Check the poor contact of connector.
