1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.
2. Remove the right and left nozzle covers (2) from the nozzle assembly (1). (vehicle with head light washer)
CAUTION:
Take care not to damage the front bumper.
3. Remove the six clips at the lower side (right and left sides) of bumper, and remove the mud guard and front under cover.
4. Turn over the mud guard, and remove one inside clip that secure the front bumper to the fender.
5. Turn over the mud guard and disconnect the fog light connector.
6. Remove the seven clips.
7. Remove the notch on the bumper face side from guide bracket (A) to remove the bumper face.
CAUTION:
Do not pull with excessive force, or the notch on the bumper face side may be damaged.
NOTE:
Lifting the bumper face to the direction indicated by the arrow (B) and removing it in the order from (1) to (5) on the fender side will make it easier to remove.
8. Remove the right and left nozzle assembly. (vehicle with head light washer)
9. Disconnect the nozzle assembly from the hose. (vehicle with head light washer)
10. Disconnect the hose from the washer tank. (vehicle with head light washer)
11. Remove the E/A form from bumper beam.
Do not apply excessive force to remove the E/A form because it is easily damaged.
12. Remove the bumper beam.
13. Remove the 8 bolts and disassemble the front bumper beam.
