1. Disconnect the ground cable from the battery.

2. Remove the glove box.

3. Disconnect the connector from headlight washer timer and headlight beam leveler unit.

4. Remove the bracket which is mounted to steering beam.

5. Using a flat tip screwdriver, pry the bracket rib up and remove the headlight washer timer.
