ASSEMBLY

1. Install the adjusting screw and nut to the valve rocker.

2. Assemble the valve rocker arm, spring, shaft support and line them up in order, and insert the valve rocker shaft.

Tightening torque (shaft support attachment bolt):

5 N·m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb)

NOTE:

Valve rocker arms, rocker shafts and shaft supports are labeled with identification marks. Make sure the parts with same markings are properly assembled.

3. Install the valve rocker shaft securing bolts.
